| Why did The Worm die? | As part of our Educational
Development, we are taught that it is always advisable to start early for
work. Suitable proverbs are drummed in. ' Early bird catches the Worm',
we all know it.
Let me present the other side of this proverb. Did the Worm get up earlier than the Bird ? It might have, because it is a slow mover compared to the Bird. The other possibility is that, it had a late night out and was just turning in. The proverb is slanted towards the Bird. The unanswered Question is, Why did The Worm die? This questioning / creative approach is abbreviated as 'The 2 WD' in this book. I analysed 'hair loss' with just acs approach and spiced it with '2 WD', now and then. After 9 months of mental churning, the formula for Swapna got ready in May 1991. |

Blindly imitating the
West in Hair Care also leads to lot of Hair Loss. Senseless
instances of Aping of the West to make oneself appear fashionable
are marked as "Carbon Copy " [cc] outlook
in this book.
Lot of abuse / misuse of hair owe their origin to this unthinking approach. No one asks as to whether the Western Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic companies have solved even a portion of their hairloss and dandruff problems Management is nothing but Common Sense Plus is the definition I read in July-August 1966 issue of Harvard Business Review. I liked that article and appreciate its merits even in 2007, 36 years after doing MBA. Every person can use it for haircare as well. | It is simple and practical.
It is presented in a simple, analytical style such that it is easy to understand
for a common man. In Life and in many matters, there are controllable and
uncontrollable factors.
This book emphasizes on just 3 controllable factors to reduce Hair Loss. They are Avoiding needless abuse / misuse of Hair Controlling Dandruff Preserving / Activating the Dormant Hair Roots Many loose hair nowadays due to controllable factors - self inflicted injuries. Just look around you and this fact will stare at you. It means that the even controllable factors / minor factors crossed their limits for the safety of the hair. Anyone can prevent such losses with a bit of knowledge and caution. Why blame Saturn, if you ignore the pitfalls around ? I wrote a booklet in October 1995 titled 'Tips for the Top'. The reception to the booklet, made me expand that with Medical and Scientific details into a book, in 96 -97 |
