It can be a outright sales to a Philanthropist, who wish to make the formulation free to the Public

Complete formulation will not be disclosed to others / pure commercial propositions

For others, it can be a Licensing Arrangement for a Specific Country / State

Licensing for one geographically specified area, manufacturing the product with participation in equity instead of formulation disclosure and such other options can also be considered

The price would depend upon the arrangement one seeks for mutual benefit.

Why the proposed Sales / Licensing arrangement ?

Swapna is my pastime Invention. I realised the intrinsic merit and rarity of Swapna only in June 1995, when I could check the comparative photos, especially the one on the opening page - after my eyesight returned to normal after the cataract operations in one eye after another between 90 to 95

I was not prepared to take the risk of closing my then running main business, which provided regular and dependable income. I have been in Industrial Marketing / General Management since 1969. So, venturing out with borrowed funds in a new field was ruled out.

More than that, to this day, I do wish that Swapna's Technology becomes known to the Public as it has relevance to a Billion people and for future generations. The idea of making millions with Swapna, does not appeal to me still, though occasional economic pangs have to be endured. I only wrote to some so called Philanthropic outfits and individuals, in the last 14 years, with near zero response. India has its share of high profile philanthropists ! Only one B.J. Trust [ My recollection of the name may not be perfect ], an Engineering outfit, responded in 1997 saying that it is not their field of interest. Wish there were at least Ten like that in India.

At 66, as my Time is limited, I am partially opening the door for other options.
