Swapna Hair Enricher is my major invention of 1991. It can control Hairloss and Dandruff simultaneously within 4 weeks in nearly almost all normal cases, with both genders. I am a haircare researcher since 1991.

My basic qualification is M.Sc in Organic Chemistry. After that, I have done the commonly called MBA course from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1969.

Now I am in my 69th year. I am not keen on manufacturing and marketing products at this stage. I wish to sell or share the Technology of different formulations in a suitable way. From the links given above, one can refer to other pages and products

Technical Licensing

Technical Licensing option is open for all products / Technologies. It is for the Prospective Buyers to send a suitable proposal. Some technology like the Invention has more value as I have not seen any equivalent in the last 20 years. I only have a broad outline but no definitive  terms about licensing.  I wish that there is a reasonable 'initial payment' befitting the perceived product strength / market potential. Such Licensing should be specific for a particular geographical area.  5% Royalty on Sales can go to some charity / my progeny / social causes. I still wish that I do get reasonable amount such that 60% can go to charitable causes.

Cocolite  is the brand name for my non sticky Coconut Oil

Coconut Oil is a safe hair oil used for Centuries in India

If it is made non Sticky, it will be convenient to use. It will be a value addition product compared to plain Coconut Oil

Price for the Technology

Philanthropists:  The technology should be made open to the public. The price is only Rs 60 lakhs plus for Philanthropists.

 

Commercial Use: The price is 10 lakhs /

The edible  properties of the Oils will remain intact - as well as the normal physical and chemical properties of the oils.

Technology can be given only to one Company and it cannot be transferred or resold.

Outside of India, the expected price is around 200,00 US Dollars. The exact price would depend upon population, economic development of the Country and the offers on hand at a future date

For non exclusive offers:

Minimum 3 and Maximum 6 entities can get technical guidance to sell the product in India.  There has be an initial down payment. Technical Guidance will be given for the manufacture of the product. Secret concentrate, which can be minimum 10% and maximum 15% of the total formulation will have to be taken from me.

The agent has to manufacture and market the product on their own with their brand names. My future role will be limited to the supply of the concentrate as a commercial transaction - purchase of a product by a buyer from a seller.

Note:

I did not think of the idea of commercial arrangement till recently. Naturally, I have not thought deeply about the terms. The above points needs further refinement at the right time.  The broad framework I have is that it should be mutually beneficial. It should benefit the Society a bit more. Those who wish to make huge profits in double quick time need not refer to me. Had that was not repugnant to me, I would have sold off Swapna by 1998.

Free samples are not provided as a matter of policy. Reasonable quantity of products / worth around, say Rs 5000, have to be bought initially for one's own assessment before taking the next call.
