Swapna Hair Enricher is my major invention of 1991. It can control Hairloss and Dandruff simultaneously within 4 weeks in nearly almost all normal cases, with both genders. I am a haircare researcher since 1991.

My basic qualification is M.Sc in Organic Chemistry. After that, I have done the commonly called MBA course from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1969.

Now I am in my 69th year. I am not keen on manufacturing and marketing products at this stage. I wish to sell or share the Technology of different formulations in a suitable way. From the links given above, one can refer to other pages and products

 

Target Audience

About 15% of the World's population, inclusive of both genders, suffer from hair loss, dandruff or both, as per guesstimates in 1995

Lever advertised on TV around August 2011 that 60% of the population suffer from Dandruff.

There is no simple and safe remedy in Allopathy for control of hairloss or dandruff.

There is none in the 22 major Medical Therapies to simultaneously control hairloss and dandruff

 

So, persons suffering from hairloss, dandruff or both, are not less than a Billion. That is a colossal number to address

I can part with the formulation for just 5 Crores net of taxes. The product has relevance to 20 Crores Indians and many more across the World. Even if only India is accounted, reaching 20 Crores Indians means only 25 paise per person. And it is a one time cost

The above quoted figure can be adjusted a bit upwards or downwards depending upon Tax implications for the Buyer and the Seller. I prefer this amount and a bit more too, for I intend to donate everything above 2 Crores / minimum 60%. The more I get, more will go out to the charitable causes

The Indian anti dandruff Shampoo market is worth over 1500 Crores. Not many have benefitted as Allopathy does not have an easy and simple cure for Dandruff. So this much amount goes down the drain - does not even clean that even

The Public spend over 1500 Crores on hair oils, lotions, creams to save the hair - the mirror mercilessly reflects the depleting and discolouring head. Allopathy provide no solace. Swapna can

Technical Licensing

Technical Licensing option is open for all products / Technologies. It is for the Prospective Buyers to send a suitable proposal. Some technology like the Invention has more value as I have not seen any equivalent in the last 20 years. I only have a broad outline but no definitive  terms about licensing.  I wish that there is a reasonable 'initial payment' befitting the perceived product strength / market potential. Such Licensing should be specific for a particular geographical area.  5% Royalty on Sales can go to some charity / my progeny / social causes. I still wish that I do get reasonable amount such that 60% can go to charitable causes.
