For Philanthropists, expected floor price is 3 Crores for outright Technology. The Technology should be made open / free to the Public.

 

Commercial

 

The base price is double of the sum mentioned above. There would also be Royalty. Commercial Organisations can send their proposals for outright sales.

Another option

Technical Licensing option is open for all products / Technologies for different territories. It is for the Prospective Buyers to send a suitable proposal. 5% Royalty on Sales is one definitive term

The buyer has to manufacture and market the product on their own with a different brand name.  Technical Guidance will be given for the manufacture of the product. Secret concentrate, which can be minimum 10% and maximum 20% of the total formulation will have to be taken from me.

My future role will be limited to the supply of the concentrate as a commercial transaction - purchase of a product by a buyer from a seller. Minimum 4 and Maximum 10 entities can get technical guidance to sell the product in India.  There has be an initial down payment - 30 lakhs

 

Note:

I did not even think of the idea of commercial arrangement till recently. Hence, the above points needs further refinement at the right time.  The broad framework I have is that it should be mutually beneficial.

Free samples are not provided as a matter of policy. Reasonable quantity of products / worth around, say Rs 5000, have to be bought initially for one's own assessment before taking the next call.
