Swapna Hair Enricher is my major invention of 1991. It can control Hairloss and Dandruff simultaneously within 4 weeks in nearly almost all normal cases, with both genders. I am a haircare researcher since 1991.

My basic qualification is M.Sc in Organic Chemistry. After that, I have done the commonly called MBA course from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1969.

Now I am in my 69th year. I am not keen on manufacturing and marketing products at this stage. I wish to sell or share the Technology of different formulations in a suitable way. From the links given above, one can refer to other pages and products

 

Technical Licensing

 

Technical Licensing option is open for all products / Technologies. It is for the Prospective Buyers to send a suitable proposal. Some technology like the Invention has more value as I have not seen any equivalent in the last 20 years. I only have a broad outline but no definitive  terms about licensing.  I wish that there is a reasonable 'initial payment' befitting the perceived product strength / market potential. Such Licensing should be specific for a particular geographical area.  5% Royalty on Sales can go to some charity / my progeny / social causes. I still wish that I do get reasonable amount such that 60% can go to charitable causes.

Haircare Book - wanted Publishers

The new book is an abridged combination of 'Tips for the Top' and 'rufooled'. The edited book is about 130 pages in A 4 size. It is in English. Interested publishers may refer to me.

Bronze powder is used in Printing Inks Industry to give 'Gold Colour'. Amongst Polythene / Poly Propylene bag printers in Gujarat, my near Bright /anti dulling Gold Paste used to command preference over other Printing Inks makers between 1985 to 1998. This product financed my factory construction and my sustenance from 1985 onwards.

My product was a shade better than products made with imported materials.

The price is only Rs 60 lakhs plus for Philanthropists. The technology should be made open to the public.

Commercial Use: The price is 120 lakhs plus 5% Royalty.

This is a Cleaner Polish for Silver. Convenient, Domestic Cleaner Polish to brighten up Silver items

The Polish does not contain Ammonia unlike a popular cleaner polish, available in India since 30-40 years. The Brightness remains for a longer time - in comparison to the above popular product.

Wrinkle Medium outright sales

 

Technology for Wrinkle Varnish. This is for getting Wrinkle Finish on Tin sheets. It was an import substitute item as was conveyed to me by M/s Metal Box personnel in 1995. I made 2 supplies to them and left it as for a single person like me they were too big and risky. However, I made a few supplies in Ahmedabad and left it to confine myself to flexo inks

For non exclusive offers:

Minimum 4 and Maximum 10 entities can get technical guidance to sell the product in India.  There has be an initial down payment. Technical Guidance will be given for the manufacture of the product. Secret concentrate, which can be minimum 10% and maximum 20% of the total formulation will have to be taken from me.

The agent has to manufacture and market the product on their own. My future role will be limited to the supply of the concentrate as a commercial transaction - purchase of a product by a buyer from a seller

 

Note:

I did not think of the idea of commercial arrangement till recently. Naturally, I have not thought deeply about the terms. The above points needs further refinement at the right time.  The broad framework I have is that it should be mutually beneficial. It should benefit the Society a bit more. Those who wish to make huge profits in double quick time need not refer to me. Had that was not repugnant to me, I would have sold off Swapna by 1998.

Free samples are not provided as a matter of policy. Reasonable quantity of products / worth around, say Rs 5000, have to be bought initially for one's own assessment before taking the next call.
